I had read a manga a while back about a cop/detective chasing a serial killer. The serial killer had some kind of condition where he was overly sensitive to sunlight. The detective ends up being abducted by the killer and the killer convinces the cop that he fed him his family but in reality they're ok. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
