The OCSP authority that mangaupdates.com uses is reported as expired on May 23, 2015 PTD (details here) which prevents any client with OCSP verification enabled to connect. I'm not sure of the process of renewing the certificated (it may change from server to server).
There's other details on the analysis that you may want to address.
