title of these "prince involved stories"

i just cant remember the title but i remeber the summer exactly (or kinda at least) there are the 2 series and both series arent finished either.
1 series-
its about these two people one is the prince of the north and the other is the princess of the south. In order to end the war between the two regions the two have announced that they are lovers and are to be married. but in fact that they despise each other.
2nd series
its about this girl's sister getting married to this rich enteupeauner(sp? ya probally) and the man has a son that is practallically royalty. his mother is a princess and he is some how related to queen of england through his father. when the girl and boy meet the girl lectures him about some thing and why does he need servants to the simpliest task such as wearing clothes. and the boy is like why this this low status girl lecturing me, i must get back!!!!
