I googled the name Aanika Renaldi. There doesn't seem to be a lot of information about her, but she's another chevalier for Saya in Blood+. I'm not sure which version, but it's not the anime.

Apparently it's an original from a person that went by the name "Aanika Renaldi," but then changed it to "Ralser Heios." Which is a guy from FFXII if I'm not mistaken 🙂

That is the link on the image and it goes to a page where he/she/it describes why Aanika changed names. Apparently you're partly to blame.

Yup, eccentrrick is right. For sure, that's just a coloured (albeit rather strangely) page from Koisuru Boukun.
