Yeah, I almost thought on amazonia he'd mold himself into a girl to go stealth. He could probably do the opposite, too.

Great chapter! But there was something that's been bugging me. The guy who being turned into women said that after his father went to Kamabakka kingdom, he turned into an okama. Sanji's on Kamabakka now. Does that means... 😲
And I don't think Luffy's going to be turned into a women, at least not permanently. I mean, gosh! A gender bending after 537 chapters? That will be a really huge plot twist.

Luffy won't be changed into a woman, get real! There is no reason for Iva to do that, else that entire bar would be full of women. The worst that could happen is Luffy recuperating only to find himself in a tight fitting speedo and some imaginative tattoos... But what we can hope for is a mega power increase!! HAHAHAHAHAAAAHAAAA 😀

Well, I was surprised to find that there's actually women (aside from Domino and Saldeath) in Impel down. The only reason why there are women in the bar is b'coz Iva-san changed them into the opposite sex.. as for the Okamas, er..maybe Iva-san also have the ability to make people have both gender? 😲

Sorry, my bad. It's actually Kama Kama no Mi. The user is Erik (first appearance on epi 56). The Strawhats heard it wrong and say "Hey, that's the guy who ate the okama fruit!" 🤣

I think it's the dragon island arc, I'm not so sure. My friend is the one who corrected me. I just find the epi through one piece wiki.

This is something that just occurred to me after seeing Iva-san's ability.
Is it possible that he could bring back the Straw Hat members that got seperated?
Think about, he was able to deflect a cannonball with his eye and turned his attacker into a woman, so it might be possible for him to bring back Luffy's friends together again.
Well, just a thought.

I don't think he has teleportation or space/time warping abilities, or he would've gotten out a long time ago...
The straw hat crew will probably meet up again in their own way, but not through Iva-san. Okama power isn't that strong... 😐
