How do you define Ignorance, and how do you deal with it?

I view ignorance as such: When someone voices his or her opinion on things he or she, in truth, know nothing about.

Example:

Person A: I hate Canada.
Person B: Why?
Person A: Because they mess everything up.
Person B: Like What?
Person A: ... I dunno...

Personally, I laugh at people's ignorance.
But when someone's ignorance affects my life in anyway... I proceed to educate said person in an aggressive matter that makes the person feel idiotic and ashamed that they've ever held onto such uneducated notions.

What do we really know? Answer is there is nothing you can be sure you know. Then, what is ignorance? Well, you can say it's when someone asumes his opinion is truth while it's not. Still everybody is like that, and who says it's not is lying.

everyone is ignorant, as long as there is at least one thing you're not knowledgeable about, you are ignorant about that thing, lately people only use the word ignorance for it's pejorative meaning, while forgeting, or better said, being ignorant about what it really means

I view ignorance as not thoroughly thought out. Ignorant people say things that they haven't even thought about, and say it nonetheless.
Although, it's said ignorance is bliss, I really hate those type of people.

I define someone being ignorant on a particular subject as that they don't know much about it. Most people are really ignorant, mehself included @_@
I think it's more of a statement rather than a insult/compliment...
