Who's your most favourite character out of the whole series?
By order, it'll have to be:
Tomoyo
Kyou
Misae
Kotomi
Ryou
Mei
Fuko
Sanae
Nagisa
My vote goes to Tomoyo of course!~

I don't really get what's the attraction towards Nagisa.
I was never happy that cockroach girl is/was the main girl.
In the game and anime. She's definitely not my type 😔
(That's why she's outranked by the loli's in my list 🤣 )
Oh, and I didn't wanna make the girls feel left out, thus the two main male characters.
(The anime Tomoya is kinda different to the game version. He's quite the bully in the game o_o)

Kotomi is adorable. My clear favorite.
I'd put the girls in this order:
Kotomi
Misae
Kyou
Tomoyo
Sanae
Fuko
Mei
Nagisa
Ryou
And I don't hate Ryou either; she just seems slightly bland to me.

Even though I dropped Clannad after 14 episodes - it started to drag after a while - I choose Ichinose Kotomi. She's just so cwute, and adowable. :3

i really cant believe that hes nagisa's father... well i actually believe <just look at her mom!!. they all look so damn young!!!
actually what made him into my fave is because..he always adds up the comedy...him and the terrible baking skills of sanae... lolzzz
my second pick would be Sunohara... because he is like the puching bag of the whole cast... when things get serious...then he will suddenly show up then things will have a comedic turn!!! its really funny!!!
clannad is already a melodramatic anime but if you still look or focus on the main characters it will really rub into you...

I dont get the hate towards nagisa though. i find her ok, just as all the other heroines in clannad are different.

Favorite character is Tomoyo no doubt but in the game my favorite path was the one with kotomi I found her story more touching 😢
