looked up the raws for 43 and there's nothing. but damn, it's explicit ... read this up to ch 46 and would have never thought it'd become like this. always had the impression that it's about food and comedy with no romance

i didn't read anything between vol 5 and 43 and only looked at the raws, but the latter vol looks quite serious (adult/mature stuff) so it wouldn't surprise me

Has the mangaka gone insane? (no disrespect but thats just sick for a manga that is mostly about food and several ecchi scenes, only read about 10 volumes but yea, thats what ive gotten out of it)

I have a strong feeling its a prank. I know for a fact I seen one of those pages exactly in a hentai manga. Also Yui's character design is pretty common you will see several characters that look like Yui in other manga especially hentai.

As far as I know there are only 3 chapters after vol 43 and in the most recent chapter nothing of that sort happened.
