I read a manga years ago where it started with a girl confessing to a boy, only for 3 clones of her to pop out and confess as well.

The girl fell into a pit, thought she was trapped forever, and decided to confess if she ever got out. For some reason, clones of herself that represent individual traits like childishness, perversion, seriousness etc. popped out and stick around. It is a romantic comedy of the boy dating a girl with several versions of herself and i believe it is 4-koma.
