this guy with an std and only like 2 years to live, so he takes in this starving orphan girl thats about to die and gives it to her but also teaches her about like literacy and love, blah, blah

i cant remember what its called(or where to find it 😔 ) and ive got this urge to reread it. any help?

It's from KITOH Mohiro and called "Hallucination from the Womb" , it's more a collection of short stories, but anyway
