does this happen more often in the winter and do you experience any of the following symtoms
* Depressed mood (or alternatively can be irritable mood in children and adolescents).
* Markedly diminished interest or pleasure in all, or almost all, activities.
* Significant weight loss when not dieting or weight gain or decrease or increase in appetite.
* Insomnia or hypersomnia.
* Psychomotor agitation or retardation.
* Fatigue or loss of energy.
* Feelings of worthlessness or excessive or inappropriate guilt.
* Diminished ability to think or concentrate, or indecisiveness.
* Recurrent thoughts of death (not just fear of dying), recurrent suicidal ideation without a specific plan, or a suicide attempt or a specific plan for committing suicide.
then you probebly have Seasonal affective disfunction
I'm glad that I don't really have much of that. But often, I feel worthless, very worthless.

I'm tired when I wake up, but unless I really do something, I'm fine.
I go away and suddenly the spammers are the mods. Okay, I can adjust to that, but... Gorath?! And what's up with Mam's not being the top poster?

Okay, none of these are specific to winter, but...
*1-once in a while
*2-no.
*3-Hell, no.
*4-again, once in a while
*5-No.
*6-Yes.
*7-no.
*8-no.
So, I guess it's not seasonal?

- Yes, happens kinda often
- Yes... Too tired to care 😛
- Man... if I gained weight? Hell yeah... I already gained 3 kilos this winter... I sleep, eat, read and computer the whole day.
- Hypersomnia, that's the right word I guess. Maybe that word's a bit... you know, big. But my situation's starting to look like it.
- Well no, that's a bit too much.
- Yes, loss of energy. Once I'm from gym classes I cant get through the day.
Sleeping in classes and stuff like that. - Whortlessness yes. But that's quite obvious if you're in my situation. Mother telling you how badly she wants you gone, yes life's hard.
- Nope
- I want to die, sometimes

im lazy so i choose the first one lol 🤣
worrying is just wasting time
I'm tired right now, but insomnia has set in.
Been up about 20 hours. So I am sitting here listening to Freebird over and over again hoping that it'll make me tired.
It works for the first half of the song, but the guitar solos always bring me fully back awake.
Damn double edged sword.... >_>
Welcome to Manga-Updates!
If you're new, please read the rules.
If you're returning, please follow them.
I could doze off at all times and often it really happens. When I was on field excursion in Barcelona, my friends and me were always drifting off aboard the plane, the train or the bus.

Around here, you sleep when you can because we're almost always doing something. Or planning something.

Quote from Duel
I feel tired the majority of the time, but I can never fall asleep during the night. I'll just lie there for hours until I drift off. I've been like that for a long time. Tried to stick to schedules/exercise/etc., but life likes to get in the way... and the whole thing where I lie there never changed.
same with me..
So basically to vanquish the world of evil you must have mega sex with a girl then your soul is taken...yes
