could anybody please explain the status of this manga cause i'm confused as to whether it's over/discontinued or only the serialization is over and the manga will be released in volumes, or something else... 😕

It got discontinued with 39 chapters and it looks like new scanlator picked it up recently (ch. 24 and 25 are out).
