The endings of Gungrave episodes have some excellent lines:
Thing is, the emotion in this series is so powerful, so they are probably very reliant on context. Here's one of them.

Bullets instead of hugs..." [ep 23]
You should look into dialogue driven series like the Monogatari series by Nisioisin, Spice and Wolf and Steins;Gate (to a lesser degree).
Here's a little snippet from Spice and Wolf, which is, in my opinion, built around the playful, whimsical banter between Lawrence and Holo [Yabai subs, not sure who did original TL]:
Holo: "If your soul could be pulled out and looked at, I bet it would be dyed in my colour."
Lawrence: "I think it would be more appropriate to say 'poisoned'."
Holo: "If you say that, I must be a deadly poison. You've completely fallen for this smile, after all." [s2, ep 9] {The whole conversation there is fantastic but I only took a few lines}
Eve Boland:"You can buy encounters, but you can't choose their quality. Treasure your encounter." [s2, ep 11]

i never notice anything quotable from all the manga i had read, but i find all these quotes interesting

I'm sure you have, they're just hard to remember 😛
I actually had to skim through some episodes to find those. Spice and Wolf has great dialogue but it's hard to find something only a few lines long rather than give an entire transcript 😛

EIT: By the way, I'm not sure you don't want quotations from dubs but the dub of spice and wolf is actually excellent, perhaps on par with the original.

You know you have one word misspelled in your sig that completely changes the meaning of the quote from what you'd logically assume it should be? I can't believe it's intentional, since it makes little sense the way it's worded now.
