Or what's your interest in a romance story?! 😕

In the love triangles where it's the bad boy against the nice guy, I tend to root for the nice guy. The only problem is that the writers do all they can to give the bad boy a leg up, so the nice guy usually ends up as an underdeveloped character with little to no back story, so he can become a little boring. It certainly is interesting when they fully flesh out his character and make him end up with the heroine in the end (I definitely don't see that that often in shoujo manga).

I cheer for whichever guy is losing... lol. If the nice guy is truly sweet and can support the main girl, then I would root for this pairing. However, I would prefer the guy who treats his girl the most special.. whichever one that is.... The main girl usually chooses the one who needs her or more help... lol... i.e. "she feels needed" or "i can't leave him alone because he can't do anything right or gets in trouble without me"
It would be good if they made another manga with the nice guy's story and POV and all (i.e. how he loves the main girl and got rejected.. and all the things he does for her in the background but she'll never know :'()
Sorry if I seem too harsh.

I just end up feeling bad for the underdog (like poor, poor Zen) whether I like the main paring or not... 🤢 Most of the time though, I like the couple that functions the best and have had more time together.
