While laundry is my least favorite, dishes are the most disgusting. Sigh. Why does no one else hear do them. T.T

The weather report...
I mean, the whole world, including Siberia, has had the warmest weather in ages, but here in Finland the average temperature has stayed around 15 degrees! (To be fair, last year we had like 30-35 degrees for the whole July...)
ALL of them heat waves have somehow miraculously missed the unlucky Northern trio (Finland, Sweden, Norway) and its been just rain, rain, rain, wind, frost and rain. Of course, more of that sh*t is to come.
This has been the coldest summer of our country's history, and there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel... :/

I am overweight, have long black hair and a full beard so what am i supposed to say about the heat?
Hannibal is Fuller´s longest show so that is a win and a hungry cannibal can always dine again... (I fully expect a few movies down the line.)

This happened last night..

My boyfriend and I had two leopard geckos who are both 4.5 years old. We raised them for majority of our relationship together. Leopard geckos love to explore and mines were so active in the tank. He escape last night and my cat killed him and left him in a mangled mess. We can't find the other one either.

I refilled the gecko's water last night but I should've spent more time with him. Makes me regret not petting him one last time. He would usually arch his back when you pet him. He liked head scratches.

I know it's just a lizard, but here I am crying about it. I gave him a proper burial next to our avocado tree.

Abusive, swearing man in his car this morning. Another person who can't drive taking it out on a cyclist (btw I do know road laws, highway code etc - I drive for a living).

Burning hot oil scalded my finger while frying a steak.

A hot fucking fever giving me a headache and a sore throat. It hurts to breath. 😔

I just finished Metal Gear Solid V after much lost sleep and i have never been angrier at an actually good game in my life as i have been following the series since the late 90s.
Or the games press as it is now coming out that a lot of the reviewers who game it 10/10s didn't finish the vastly incomplete and in parts broken game that shipped with half the content missing! I am not buying any future DLC Konami to "fix" this mess as i already paid for the 1 hour long (i can finish it under 10 minutes) "prequel" last year and i remember a time in the 90s when publishers game away hours of games for free.

come back to my parent's place for the weekend and my little brother had left the kitchen and laundry room in a disaster, so i had to clean it even though i don't even live here anymore >:-(

I hand-made an 8in pizza and I accidentally dropped it upside down. Luckily, it fell partially on my cutting board so, I still ate it. 🙁

I ate some tomatoes and somehow it made my lip swell up into a balloon. I've only reacted to yellow tomatoes, so this a is new development. 🤢

Every single student that walks through that hallway has to pick my office to come in and ask me questions, such as, where is this professor, where is that professor, when will she or he be back, where is that, where is this, where is my bloody pen, and so on. And most of the times, like 70-80% of the time, I can't even help them, and so I repeatedly have to say, "I don't speak Turkish." Which, of course makes it even more annoying, because I sound like a broken record, and it pisses me off. -sigh-
