I've just recently been reading Omae o Otaku ni Shiteyaru kara, Ore o Riajuu ni Shite Kure! (AKA OtaRia), a series with a plot similar to ToraDora, and I'm looking for more along the same lines: two people with some manner of agreement concerning each's personal crush, with a focus on the relationship and interactions between the two and eventually a development from friendship to romance. The exact specifics of the agreement is irrelevant; they could be trying to improve one another's connections like in ToraDora (where each was crushing on the other's best friend, and so they agreed to try and help one another get closer), something akin to helping change themselves (OtaRia has a closet otaku who wants to become a "normie" to get close to his popular beauty crush and a gal who wants to become an otaku because her crush is pretty hardcore on that stuff, so they try to help one another enter the other's world), or even some sort of competition or something, as long as their connection is central to the plot as well as some manner of agreement concerning their respective crushes.
