I prefer shounen ai, but most of the ones I've read have been boring so far.
Wondering if you could suggest some that aren't slice of life, has a plot that pulls you in and fiction of some kind is even better. Interesting and non stereotypical characters are a must. I tried Yami no Matsuei a while back and it's still one of my favorites.
