Where do i get notified about topics ive subscribed to? Is there a way to receive email updates? And for last, is there a way to automatically subscribe to topics ive replied to?

You have to do the following:

Go to your User CP page (right navigation bar):

Then, you will see this section (this picture shows the topics I'm subscribed to):

You know if there are new replies in the topics you subscribed to when a notification (that looks like this: [color=#FF0000]1 new message[/color]) appears next to the [Logout] option. Same happens when you get a PM.

You have to manually subscribe to the topics you want to follow, so replying to them doesn't work.

As for e-mail notifications, I have never received one or, at least, have never seen one (there's the spam factor, but I think I have never received one).
