I have been looking for this yaoi manga that I read a long time ago and I hope I can get your help in finding it, by the way my description maybe lack in so many ways but I hope you can understand it. So the story goes like this, The man which is the uke is in love and kind of obsess with his neighbor that is younger than him, the seme is kind of aloof and harsh to the uke. He always visit him like day or night and even stalk him, at first the seme thinks that he don't like the things uke is doing to him then one day I think someone confesses to the seme and he thinks about what will happened to the uke if he will probably marry and have a kid. So he told the uke about it and the uke said that he will accept the kid since he knows that him and the seme can't have a child and probably treat him the same, the seme got mad and choke the uke saying he is his. Then while having sex the parents found out about their relationship but the seme told him that they should elope[?] and years later they are living together, the uke remembers all their anniversary, even the first time they kiss but he was confused when the seme suddenly wants to celebrate the day that is supposedly normal day for them so he ask the seme what is happening then the seme told him that this is the day that the uke will give birth to their child [?]. In this panel it is not precise what the seme said but that's just what I understand
