For me, the list looks like this:
Special A - I tried reading it 2 or 3 times, but I got bored and annoyed with the way to stupid female lead every time, so in the end I decided to drop it

Renai Shijou Shugi - the female lead annoyed me to no end, and I remember reading in a review that even though she was supposed to be pretty strong from doing karate, she was the kind of girl that could be raped by a lamp... that pretty much sums it up, I guess

Hana ni Nare! - I disliked the art, the plot and the characters, and I don't remember much aside from this. The only good point of this manga would be that it at least tried to give an explaination (albeit a rather stupid one) as to why almost the whole cast of males in the manga would go for a girl who would never get this kind of attention in real life

Hot Gimmick - I think I tried reading it twice, and I never got past chapter 2. I don't remember if I just got bored with it or the female lead seemed to be stupid to be alive, I guess it was a combination of both

There are a lot of other manga I didn't like, but as far as I remember, these are the only ones I dropped and didn't manage to finish no matter how hard I tried

Parfait Tic!
Romance like that for 20+ volumes, too absurd
I even heard someone said the title as Pathe Tic
Can't agree more

Kare Made Love km
Such repetition, better than any iteration I could ever make for my assignment

And agree with HMR thingy
first I read Hot Blooded I like it and read it till the end
but then I tried to read the other works...
"Is this following the recipe carved in stone..."
once I found one where the female protage ain't moron, I forgot the title -_-

For all of them, I feel like I wanna bitch slap all the female protag...

I only remember the popular ones (since titles will be frequently seen):
skip beat! I don't know why I hate it, but I remember quitting a lot of times after trying to read it a lot of times... Even tough I like the author's other works
watashi ni xx shinasai! not my cup of tea
tonari no kaibutsu-kun
black bird
kyou, koi wo hajimemasu
faster than a kiss
ookamidomo no shitsukekata
I'll stop before it gets too long. once again, these are the popular ones. Since I don't bother to remember titles I don't read.

Essentially any smut-romance by Minami Kanan and Shinjo Mayu (Shinjo's shounen series are alright though) deserve to be nominated for the manga equivalent of the Razzies.

They draw hella well, but they can't develop their characters or have a decent plotline for nuts. And the first male leads are usually just people that would be better off not even born. That being said, I usually read manga for the art, so..... biggrin

Edit: did I mention the females are a shame to all women and have brains the size of a.... peanut?

Pretty much all smut I've tried lol, TBH at this point I'm 100% sure that 99.9995% of smut espouse the belief of "rape is love~ love means rape~ whoop di doo~ virginity is precious~ I'll let people rape me because I need to protect my relationship with main lead / antagonist / male lead / etc etc etc~ whooo all girls are inner masochists and all hot guys are (and should be) inner sadists~~". Gross. So gross.

Also anything with elementary-school (and occasionally middle/high-school) protags who preach of true love, eternal love, the importance of first loves, etc. etc. etc. and face so many ridiculous trials to attain or maintain said love. Especially if there's an epilogue or something in which the characters get married, like pls stop.

Similarly, anything with HS-or-older characters who have stayed single for like forever because they're waiting for their ~one true love~ (who they knew often for a ridiculously short time or fell in love with for ridiculously puerile reasons) from childhood/toddlerhood/anyway-extreme-youth to return.

Kaichou wa Maid-Sama -- there's so much hype about this series, but tbh it just seemed like a trite reiteration of all the shoujo cliches out there that made me want to gag 90% of the time.

I also hate HMR & HYR just like everyone else, but then again, a lot of HYR's and a few of HMR's plots are identical to certain Korean internet novels (whether legally or illegally I have no clue), which are famed for their immaturity to begin with and for the most part target elementary schoolers.

Vampire Knight -- The first part read like Twilight and I wasn't a fan, so I was actually really happy at first when Yuki regained her memories and turned kind of angsty, but no. I was hoping for something maybe The Pale Horse-esque or NG Life-esque (two manga I'm rather fond of), but that never happened. VK had so much potential, but none of its potential was realized and it just turned into an trite, pathetic, and laughable Twilight-esque attempt at a sob story.

wow lots of disdain for shoujo manwhas. i can see why i guess; they get repetitive & there's so many. plus they are usually really long? how much time do these ladies have ? lol

i don't mind them that much though. it gets old but as far as "worst" there's much worse things out there...

Hot Gimmick.. eh. didn't hate it, just didn't make any sense. the guy she ended up with never even told her he liked her. just weird...

Uwasa no Midori-kun!!, though... that's probably the worst I've read. I was looking for a series where the girl ends up with the kind second lead that always gets duped, but that... was not what i wanted at all. Utterly distasteful.

I agree that 95% of smut shoujo is terrible. I'm not sure why the males are almost always rapist jerks - maybe shoujo mangakas think that tween/teen girls are looking for a type of sex in which the woman is absolved of responsibility, because there are plenty of smut/mature josei stories that feature nice guys (like Kimi wa Pet, Velvet Kiss, most of Enjouji Maki's stories). Or maybe it's a 'I can't have the young girl consenting too soon, so I'll just have the guy molest her' thing.

The worst manga I've ever read is probably Teacher's Pet. Man was it ever horrible. People should read this if they've never read a terrible smut shoujo and are looking to see what everyone else is talking about, because it's only four chapters and therefore you've gotten to the end by the time you've decided to stop reading and shun it for all eternity.

Honey x Honey Drops comes in a close second. I felt like headdesking every second I spent reading this manga.

As for non-smut shoujo - maybe Good Morning Call, just because it was so dull. There was nothing interesting about the characters or art and every plot device was a cliché. I actually stopped reading halfway through so I can't judge the whole thing, but I'm assuming that it didn't suddenly get better.

All shinjo mayu's works,
Shounen Shoujo Romance (it really make me sick, really),
Usagi drop (when it started to piss me with super-age-gap-issue),
Orange after school,
Special A (where's the plot? they're not going anywhere),
Kindan princess,
teacher's pet (the hell what i have read),
most manhwa (except Do Chan's works, and some good webcomics). Most manhwa started out good, but lost it purpose on the way, too much unimportant issue and I can't almost grab the meaning.

I'm the sort of person that really wants to finish things that I started - especially in manga. Then, I'm a delusional romantic so shoujo mangas are appealling to me. But, there's plenty in my list of really bad shoujo's (Do know that this is MY list, meaning it's purely my opinion):

List of Titles that I disliked from the start

Teacher's Pet :: This manga is DISGUSTING. It should be hung, drawn, and quartered, then its pieces burned in the eternal flames of hell. Okay, I lost it there, but seriously, this manga is just...ughhhh.

Hot Gimmick:: I can't believe I lasted 10 chapters in this one. It was THAT bad.

"Forgot the title" :: This manga revolved around a rapist lolicon and this really underaged girl who shouldn't be anywhere near him. I could vomit reading this s**t - couldn't believe this existed.

Itazura no Kiss :: Man...I hated this manga so much. There's just something about clingy, useless, clumsy 'heroines' and selfish asses for male leads that really hits me on the wrong end. It actually....kinda....got better near the end, but no, it wasn't enough to save it from me. LOL.

Minami Kanan's works :: My God, her works have storylines that piss me off so much, and her characters (save for a too-few good ones) aren't any better. Almost all the time, the main male leads are rapist a-holes and the supposed heroine is a crybaby whose personaliy is as exciting as a whiteboard.

Sukitte Ii na Yo :: Boring plot, bad pacing, & I didn't like any of the characters.

Mayu Shinjo's works ;; same as Minami Kanan's, except hers are perhaps even worse. Stories don't make any sense, and the characters don't make any sort of sense either.

HMR & HYR manhwa :: repetitive, boring plots. Even more recycling of characters. Also, their art styles aren't my type. Just stahp it with the jjangs and s**t!

Special A :: I just never understood why this was so popular. Where's the plot? I see nothing.

Diabolik Lovers Anthalogy :: lol, wtf is this s**t? xD

And...here's the list of titles that started out okey or promising but ended up disappointing the s**t out of me...and THAT is, in my own opinion, is the worst thing for us readers. By no means are these the absolute worst, it's just that I felt the need to rant about these, s'all.

Vampire Knight :: The story just drags on and on, there's too much annoying drama, and everything ended up making no sense. I disliked Yuuki in the end, primarily for her indecisiveness.

Black Bird :: It was when the MC's got together that the story started spiralling down.

Gakuen Alice :: drags on forever. Like...freaking FOREEEVVVEEEEEEER.

Kaichou wa Maid-sama :: Misaki, although introduced as a strong heroine, is actually quite weak. Usui, on the other hand, is annoyingly too "perfect". His life almost revolved around Misaki, making him not an actual character, but he's only a character's boyfriend. Also, story dragggeeddd onnnnnn after 50 or so chapters. I skipped plenty of chapters and didn't miss a single thing, lol.

Aikawa Saki's works :: Give these mangas enough time and they end up going the same direction. She uses the exact same plot devices over and over again (well to be fair, nearly every shoujo mangaka is guilty of this, but for some reason, I nitpick on Aikawa's works more). Though her art is quite good, all her characters look the f**king same to me.

Bride of the Water God :: Man, I loved this manhwa at first. Like, really looooved it. But then, the story eventually became so convoluted that I stopped giving a s**t anymore.

Vampire Knight - it's pretty bad that that the highest point for me with this series was a gag bit in the extra pages of one of the volumes involving a bucket. I think it was in the first of second volume too, which makes it all worse.

Also the white hair guy whose name I cannot be bothered to remember at this point had way too much angst going on all the time to the extent that he could easily go live with that family of pretend vegans in Twilight. (If the vampires are sucking on fruits and vegetables, then I'll agree that they're vegans... otherwise, they're not.) I get it that he's supposed to be one of the cool and popular characters that the reader should feel obligate to like due to being the only noteworthy character with an unusual hair color (as he has too much angst going on to amass an army of minions then become a villain) -- but I can honestly say that I felt that he made things worse every time he showed up.

Fujimi Orchestra - It's not yaoi, okay. The manga updates page is a lie! It ran in a shoujo magazine and involves a couple of gay dudes that are just being passive aggressive with each other until they decide to have sex. Seriously? It's just smut shoujo where the girl has guy parts but still acts like your typical airhead smut shoujo female that is going to have sex by the end because this is essentially smut shoujo.... and also example of why the whole smut shoujo genre just tends to fail with me completely.

Shoujo manwhas are typically way too long with characters doing the same dome things.
