What exactly was nice about that? The whole chapter was just plain boring -.-

Hopefully Kubo gets those 4 shinigami to take out those arrancar a limited numvber of chapters, so we can get to the REAL battles. Too much beating around the bush on Kubo's part, imho. I'm looking forward to Yumichika's fight though, since it's possible that already attained Ban Kai, and it should bepretty humorous.

EDIT: Does anyone else think that Findol's character design is a blatant ripoff of Griffith from berserk?

i was thinking same thing too, but it was more close to that guy from "gundam wing" than griffith.... but than again isnt everything a rip-off of everything? nothing nowadays is original.... besides, i was thinking that kind
of armor was historic based, so it wasnt an original touch of armor

This thread is redundant nothing happened in this chapter...
It went something like this

"We fight now"
"Yes we fight now"
"You Ugly "
"No you fugly"
"lol abandoned"
"grr me angry"

and then they don't even fight -_-

I'm actually looking forward to some of these fights I just hope Kubo doesn't have them all attain bankai, it's supposed to be a rare and exclusive thing and I think it would get a bit out of hand if a fourth seat like Yumichika got it, Lieutenants I can see, Ikkaku, ok a special circumstance, I understand but much past that and it begins to feel a bit too much.

I don't think Tite will have Yumichika learn Bankai. He used his head before, and didn't do so with Zaraki, so I'm pretty sure he won't do it with him either.

yes i agree that REAL battles are yet to be fought but hey Bleach funny moments are still ever present so I still like it though in this chapter nothing spectacular has happened or no earth shattering secrets were revealed. Well at least i would be able to see how these ELITE members were suppose to fight since I haven't seen them fight with their assess on the line yet except for Madarame. Tite I think is just using these chapters to get all things together and get to the REAL exciting part although this chapter for me at least entertain me while awaiting for the next BIG Thing!!

I still think Barragan is not the #1 espada and I'm really hoping that he's not.

no matter how you look at it Kenpachi was sort of an exception to something like that. considering his personality and his way of fighting. i don't think anyone else is like him in that aspect so i wouldn't be surprised if Yumichika knew how to use Bankai this time. the same could go for Hisagi and Kira as well.

If I was the mangaka I wouldn't do that. Would be DBZ all over again. Bankai is hard to achieve, so that would make Bleach even more unbelievable as it is.

What he can do though is give extra techniques to their Shikai form. He can go nuts there~ Or just use tactics instead. More power doesn't always equal victory.

... I just hope, whatever he does, that it'll be good. ;__; is a Bleach fan

i don't think it's going to go to that extreme. all shinigami of course should have the potential to achieve it. and if these guys themselves are in some important positions of authority at the moment too. especially Kira and Hisagi, since their Captains turned traitors. sure Bankai is hard to achieve but that doesn't mean it's impossible either. if they achieved it doesn't mean it's going to make less of the story, it actually would be able to fit in it considering the time frame. if they couldn't get any stronger than that, it might seem like all they did was sit in their offices and sip tea all day or something. 😛
