I hope that there's not another topic like this.

But have you all ever heard a piece of music or saw someone perform, or even play something, and had you totally entranced? I'm talking about more classical-ish music rather than rock or pop, since I've found most of these experiences playing in concert bands and orchestras.

Also, have you ever played something, and have just fallen in love with the piece? Then you play it over and over again until your whole family starts humming it unknowingly. I've found that I randomly summon people to my dorm room when I randomly play the really pretty part of Gustav Holst's Jupiter.

For me, I was playing in my school's concert band recently, and the english horn player is a person from JPL, and not actually a student, since our school's to small to have a band made of completely students. So I was hearing him play and was entranced by once small passage.
