That's a stupid question to ask. More importantly in every category you mentioned there are good works & bad. That's how you divide things.

Style manga or comic book no matter where it comes from. There are also Japanese comics according to Western style and manga with a Western origin but they may not fit in the category.
That's why I divided by style.
