Can someone help tell me the name of a manga/oneshot where one dudes company (uke) is bought out or something to the another dude (seme) who is forced to marry(?). The uke has a childhood penile trauma caused in his childhood. The two make a bet; one of the scenes includes them going out in suits and one fingering the other through a hole in that person's suit which later leads to the sex scene. Afterwards we learn that the trauma was done by the seme, and happily ever after.

I believe the plot followed that general trend.
