Character named Pulcinella and Arlecchino

Looking for a manga that could be quite old up to year 2000 with characters (probably side or minor with frequent appearance throughout the manga. The characters are named Pulcinella and Arlecchino. Could possibly be puppets thus the given names. IIRC, Pulcinella appear more frequently than Arlecchino. Might have a third puppet but I can't recall it at all. 😕 Thanks
