I salute any of you who said they don't sleep in class. I want to know your secrets!! lol... I've dozed off in almost every lecture I've been in. The teachers droning voice, add in the warm room of 100+ students, and then add in staying up late to do work... It'll be a miracle if I go through a class without dozing off even for 1 minute.

actually ive prided myself on never falling asleep in class/public, ive gotten in a half conscious "wtf is happening state" but never asleep UNTIL today 🙁 today in english we had a BS class and were watching a random movie, i put my head down for a sec and the next thing i know i wake up in a pool of drool and its 5 min before school lets out. 😲

I really try not to as it is not safe. Fell asleep a few years ago in class, had not slept for days so kept falling asleep in for like 40 secs then waking up and trying to do computer stuff; repeated for an hour.
More recently I fell asleep on a cross country train ride back to my home town. I had been wandering around different towns all night getting trains and carrying a heavy backpack. Relatively safe considering it was dark and only other passengers I saw were some people my age listening to music.

Bus and in class..a temperamental teach once threw a chalk at me while I was dozing off sitting up straight in Class at the furthermost bench.........In buses, I just hang my head back, and drop off to sleep wth my mouth open too..

..I was even awarded "Sleeping Beauty" title when I passed out of my College 🤣

At the bus; only when I feel really, really tired, I sleep in public.

I read so much mangas, I'm too lazy to watch anime! 😛 😛 😛

The most recent time I fell asleep in public was waiting for my mom when she had surgery. We had to leave at 5:30 in the morning, so after she went in, I got some breakfast then laid down on a couch in the waiting room. I think I slept at least an hour, no shame. I heard a couple of women remarking on me sleeping, but that was too bad for them. They were probably just envious. 😛

In class, especially last year, it was bad. But I've been improving myself lately. Now, I sleep every once in a while. but that doesn't change the reputation I have between the teachers and my classmates -__-;

I fall asleep in lecture and on trins with alarming frequency and when I'm on holiday or there is a rare sunny day in England and I'm just lounging around with friends sometimes I nod off. I'm getting better though by drinking copious amounts of coffee.

The pen is mightier than the sword...and considerably easier to write with.

I once slept in my car: I was too tired to make it to home in one dash, so i parked near the guardrail(in these spots you are granted to park if anything occurs), i was in a highway.

So basically i left the lights on, not wanting anyone to crash on me, cause it was dark and i have a black car (XD)

In the end, i fell asleep and awoke two times, just to see the guardrail at 1 mt from my car->> "GYAAAAAAH!", then "PHEWW, i was parked, lets sleep some more and return home"--> waking->> "GYAAAAAAH! ok now i MUST go home or ill have a fatal heart attack!"

Really, i was soo scared that two times U.u

On the bus. Have done it quite often.

On one occasion, I was on the bus home from attending a 24-hour comics-drawing event in a hotel, and I was absolutely wrecked. I fell asleep pretty quickly.
Twenty minutes later, I awoke with a startle and a leap off my seat in shock when the person beside me loudly questioned me on the whereabouts of a certain shopping centre. I was incredibly embarassed, so I had to explain to her that I hadn't slept in well over thirty hours. 😐

you never know when the worlds gonna end and you need run from explosions and carnage..

so i always rest up when i can, mostly in moving vehicles or whenever i have time.

I've fallen asleep in class, but only for short periods of time. The longest time I fell asleep in public was at a football game. I was in the grass, sprawled out and fast asleep for about half the game. I only woke up because this guy came up to me and tapped my shoulder until I woke up to ask me if I was okay. 🤣

I use to doze off in class once in a while then I discovered coffee 🙂 Other than that I don't really sleep in public. One of my friends, on the other hand, likes to sleep on the couches in the student center between classes. Once she woke up to 2 guys trying to take her purse.

I used to sleep all the time in class when I was in high school (but only in certain classes...)
I sometimes sleep in a big hall full of couches in my college (a lot of people sleep there cuz it's a quiet place and you can make a sort of bed/crib with the couches xD)
And I fell asleep at JC Penney once in one of the beds they have on display while waiting for my mom to finish what she was doing...

I usually do... mostly since I entered Uni... hey my campus is really far away and I have to wake up early to really be in time for my first class. I doze/sleep on the subway, the bus, the van or whatever... I can sleep pretty much anywhere too!

When it comes to buses and the subway I really sleep/doze off, but I have a certain sixth sense or something that when someone comes too near me I wake up and immediately set my defenses up... SO I don't really have a problem when it comes to security. On the bus I've missed my stop twice but it's not really a problem since it keeps going up through out my suburb and I have no problems stopping anywhere and tracking back the road I missed XD

On the subway it's been two times that I've slept up to the Terminal and missed to get out of the train and had to wait for it to return to the other side of the tracks XD Not really a problem... once woke up by a guy that got trapped with me and was so freaked out that he almost hyperventilated and another that I just simply moved to slow. (that's way home) On the way to school I have 3 different stops so if I miss one I can take the other one...

In class... Not so commonly but when I'm really tired I do doze off and sometimes sleep XD... the last one was a few months ago... My professor was lecturing us about an interesting theme but I was really tired... suddenly he broke to another one that was trivial (differences between the most popular soccer teams) and simply doze off... and switched back to the theme and got me dozing off! XD The truth is that it was really funny since I almost drooled (like in one minute) and everyone laughed their ass off... the only bad thing was that he swore and told me that I was a .... you know... dope... hahahah XD

And I've also slept in different places at the campus... the remarkable ones, well a place where it's designated for that (for real) as for other stuff like making out with your gf/bf without problems, obviously if you don't mind being seeing by the guys studying in the library, and obviously the library.... The Main one and also the other one that no one usually use... SO I'm a really good sleeper

But let's point something important... the truth is that I can't sleep/doze off more than 40 minutes, so that's pretty much I do not miss my stops and can make it on time to school xD So sleeping in public? No problem for me... just grab and hug the backpack tight, get on comfy position and sleep... sleep as much as you can XD
