Lookin' for a situation like.... the uke and seme are going out or whatever, and the seme refuses to go further than hugging/kissing etc and it makes the uke worry that he might not like him or his body or something ("why won't he touch me?" or "maybe he doesn't really like me...") when it really turns out that the seme just doesn't want to harm/scare away the uke.

Anything like that? I've read a few, and really liked them, but A) I don't remember them at all B) would like more.

Why don't you try Yubisaki no koi (if you haven't already) ?
Doesn't fit your requirements entirely but definitely has the 'why won't he touch me' theme in it.
Just has a bit of a twist 🙂
