Hello. I need help to remember the title of this plot. Really wanna read it again 🙁

I remember reading this yaoi where the seme was quite abusive and didn't really give a damn about the uke but the uke accepted everything and didn't want to leave him until one time after sex, he started to feel uncomfortable and vomited/coughed out blood (relapsed from an illness he found out that he had when he was younger). He realized that his time is running out so he upped and left the seme. The seme thought that the uke had betrayed him as well but when he went to school, he found out that the uke had quit school (if I remember correctly, or something like that) and the teacher later told him that the uke was hospitalized.

Edit: I found it! It's Koi no Katachi by ChiRan.
It wasn't a school but hospital. I could only remember the uke calling him "sensei" haha ^^;;
