I was originally going to make this before i made posts in the other topics but better now than never.

Ku Fei, Mana Tatsumiya, Kaede Nagase and Evangeline A.K. McDowell haven't made a pactio with Negi yet. They are awesome without the pactio, but doesn't that mean they would be even stronger with a pactio? So why hasn't Negi made a pactio with them yet and wouldn't that make his team a lot stronger?

The pactio's will probably be spaced out, spacing out the surprises maybe? If Negi had made pactio's with the other girls at this point in the manga, I feel like we might still be stuck at the school festival.

And yes, it would probably make the team a lot stronger. Ku Fei and Kaede would first have to get used to using chi and magic power at the same time though.

Didn't the whole class do pactio in the anime? So the question shouldn't be why but when. 😛

As far as Ku and Kaede go I think they want to see that Negi is stronger than they are before they allow a pactio. Also, I think Akamatsu wants to keep them out of the running as far as love rivals go, I see them more as mentors than love interests.

With Mana,

It showed in the manga (I assume that's what you were referring to) that she had a "dead" pactio card already. This means she already was a minstra to a mage who has since died. Therefore, she probably still has old wounds that she doesn't want to reopen by creating another Pactio.

And Evangeline? Are you serious? Even if she could leave the school campus freely, do you REALLY think she needs any more power than she already has? Let alone she still has a thing for his dad and a growing fascination with him, I think she on a level where even if she did create a pactio with Negi now it wouldn't improve her abilities enough for it to be worth it.

Oh and as far as the anime is concerned...I want my time back.

maybe this topic should be: who would you like to see Negi form a Pactio with next? and what kind of artifact would that person get? For me the next logical step would be a pactio with Ako Izumi or Yuna Akashi... as for their artifacts Yuna would be something gun related while Ako would either be something related with healing or music..
