I've read this manga about a year ago or so. The bully was the seme, he and two or three of his friends go to the rooftop and forces the uke to strip. But this Manga's genre is Comedy and the seme was always being tsundere and all XD but at the end they both got together as lovers. and a part of the manga also was when the uke was about to fall in the stairs but the seme protected him and got his hands sprained.. Please Help! That's all I remember sorry ; - ;
