I've read this BL manga years ago, but I never had the chance to finish it.

The manga is about this guy who has a "sister," but 'she' goes to America. Years later, "she" returns when they're all grown up and the guy is shocked his "sister" is actually a he.

The "sister," has feelings for the guy and tries to make him jealous. At one point, there was a female character the "sister" kissed and claimed it was just a greeting in America.
