Yaoi Nosebleeds

Yeah, something about this trips me out, so I'm gonna go ahead and ask. Can you recommend some yaoi where one of the characters suffers from nosebleeds? A couple of examples are Yume Musubi, Koi Musubi and Elektel Delusion.
Shounen-ai works. Bara will do. I guess I'll deal with shota if I have to. Thanks!

I imagine that this would mainly be present in shounen-ai....
