What oneshot/sidestory manga has a widow being haunted by her husband in a hamster body?

The husband worked and saved up a lot of money. The wife finds it after he dies and spurge it on herself. He comes back as their pet hamster (some rodent pet ... not sure) and they make up. She ends up buying a semi truck because that was their dream. The images remind me of Yoshihara yuki work but I can't find the story.
