I’m trying to find a manga about a guy and a girl in an arranged marriage.
Don’t remember much details as it has been ages but the ML and FL are both well-off and having dinner while discussing their arranged marriage and I think it’s the FL’s birthday so the guy gives her a present (or at least tries to) since the guy has had a crush on the FL since childhood but the FL is clueless.
Vibes are pretty similar to the last game manga.

Could be Naka no Warui Iinazuke no Hanashi? Chapter 13.5 shows they met each other during their childhood but the ML doesn't remember this either currently.
