Please help me find the manga I'm looking for! (I know it's yaoi)

There's two boys (obviously)...

The uke is older, tall, blonde and has a little sister (may have other siblings as well). He's in high school/college and suffers from erectile dysfunction or something similar to that... Whatever the cause, he has trouble getting it up. Whenever he's upset he may play a lot of video games.

The seme is younger, but also in high school/college (they go to the same school). A freshman, and at their first meeting, punches the uke in the face, mistaking him for his friend. One time they both stay after school to pull weeds from the school garden....also has a younger brother same age (and friends with) the uke's younger sister.
