I'm trying to find a specific cooking manga/manhwa which had a fair chunk translated, and then for whatever reason (licensed I assume) stopped, and started getting re-released from the beginning.

The main character is a male chef who has returns from France, having mastered French cooking. He intends to open his own restaurant, but (in the first couple of chapters) ends up as the head chef of restaurant which was formerly well known, but at the time of his visit serves terrible food.

The restaurant manager/owner (the other primary character) is a girl who, while hardworking and has the best of intentions, is later revealed to have very poor / little sense of taste (and so always believes that the food being served is great, even if it is terrible).

Key antagonists include the mother of the main character (the chef), who is a high-flying businesswoman (CEO of her own corporation?), and also an expert food critic. She wants the her son (the main character) to eventually take over as CEO, and is against her son being a chef.

Another antagonist is a rival French chef (called Chef Noh I think) that is interested (or as some connection with) the restaurant manager girl. The rival French chef is a cooking celebrity with his own TV show featuring a rather cheezy tag-line along the lines of "Noh means No".

A large part of the overarching plot revolves around various characters who (for various reasons) want to put the protagonist's restaurant out of business, and the efforts of the main characters to keep the restaurant running/successful.

Any idea what this manga/manhwa is?
