I built a manga and novel translation community, I want to attract more readers and make sure I stand out, so I need some suggestions, What do you guys think are the three genres in manga that is hard to get access to that you would really want access to?

Josei. Few groups scanlate that genre

Yeah, I agree that josei as a demographic is probably one of the least scanlated. Specifically, I would like to see more fantasy shoujo/josei.

And, also more GL, especially starring older women instead of just teenagers. (And more fantasy GL too!)

Lastly, just a personal preference, but I'd like to see more philosophical slice-of-life too, like in the vein of Kino no Tabi or Sumikko no Sora-san or whatnot. Basically manga with a lot of mono no aware always gets my attention.

I see...But that will violate the law in my country... 😢

There are more like this. The common thread of all of them is that they are realistic fiction depicting hard aspects of life, especially Japanese real life. I bet there are thousands more out there, that never get scanlated because most manga fans and scanlators are very young, so they want manga that's light, fantastic FUN (understandably).
