Ichigo so lame.... srsly?

So Aizen spent the last 100 years trying to do what Ichigo managed to accomplish during the few months that has passed in the Bleach universe. At least this chapter pretty much confirms the re-appearance of the super saiyajin version of Hollow Ichigo when he decides to finally take on Aizen.

WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO ICHIGO 😕 !!!! He was all bad-ass, not scared of dieing or nothing... Even when the guy he was facing was obviously more powerful. Then Aizen comes in to the picture and, what, he's a little lamb shaking in the corner?! What the hell!!

His dad had to bring him out of it!! Argh, now I really hope he redeems himself soon!!!!

seems kobo really can't decide whether to make ichigo a bad mofo or a scared little bitch, instead we have a protagonist that changes into bitch after acting like a bad-ass and It's getting really old.

Where's rukia when u need her?? She's really good at getting ichigio out of his slumps and stuff, and anyway its about time the other captains and ppl who are stuck in los nochas to come dwn, but cnt wait for the next chapter!!

Why has Ichigo turned into a pussy? His charecter has really suffered since the SS arc. 😔 😔
Atleast we can expect a return of hollow Ichigo in the future.

I think people forget that ichigo is still a "kid". he's prone to getting emotionally rattled from time to time. I think it adds to his depth as a character to doubt his own strength in the face of overwhelming obstacles. And the fact that he needs to get over it gives him room to grow and his dad something to do. Its going to take more than a pep-talk to get him out of this one anyway.

Seriously... This is totally bullshit.
Yoruichi is a shinigami too, so she must have a zanpakuto.

Story is really, really weak... This is all simply so that after Ichigo + hollow powers defeats Aizen + hollow? powers, Ichigo can go back to being a useless indecisive little prick, and the rest of Soul Society's senior captains (who haven't shown their bankai) can continue to prance around as if they were stronger than him...

The way the story should have progressed had Kubo any common sense is so much better. Shinigami were supposed to be limited by their own power, and the only way to become more powerful was to try to attain hollow powers as well. Arrancar were hollow who obtained shinigami powers, and vizards - shinigami with hollow powers. Aizen wanted to apparently become a God so he isn't stopping there but going a step further - absorbing whatever the fuck the that thing he absorbed is (Kubo doesn't even know).

Going by this logic the Vaizards and Ichigo should've fought the Espada.
The Captains should not have been able to win fights that Ichigo barely won in his hollow form. Maybe the strongest Captains might have had a chance if they used their Bankai, but they didn't... The Captains could've at least paired up to fight against a single Espada, but no... in soul society there is no definition for "teamwork" apparently...

When this arc is over after Ichigo has obtained some new bullshit power and beaten Aizen's even more bullshit power, the Captain's power level will mysteriously go up again to dwarf Ichigo's...
And of course there's the excuse of not having even used bankai so far...

This has turned into a rant so I'll stop for now...

This is true. He is supposed to be just 15. His crew is still in Hueco Mundo; all of the other people he looks up to are out of commission; his arch-enemy just turned into something freakishly wicked and he doesn't really have time to process anything that is going on. So yeah, if I were Ichigo I'd probably be feeling completely overwelmed and paralyzed too. He'll pull himself together, though, 'cause he rocks. That's what I like about him: his courage comes from facing impossible obstacles and overcoming them by trusting his friends and drawing on the inner strength that comes from being a just and loyal person. Otherwise he'd just be full of 'idiot courage', running around like a blockhead thinking that all he has to do is beat people up and that'll solve all of his problems. Twice as lame.

Well, we have to remember that Ichigo is having problems with his hollow powers. Of course he hasn't done anything to fix this problem, but it's still an excuse. Plus, Orihime and Rukia are not in danger right now, so he isn't going to fight very hard. However, now that Aizen is in the Soul Society, I would assume that Yuzu and Karin are in danger, so he may step up in the next few chapters.
