Both mangas are part of series by Naono Bohra:
The first one is about a salary man who finds himself in another world after wishing to be taken far away. He then becomes the fiancee of a were-tiger...
The second one is about a plain guy whose sister and her husband own a bar he goes there after his work and falls in love with a guy who has dreadlocks. His sister gives him a makeover and he ends up having a one night stand with the guy. Tha dreadlock guy falls on love with him and he becomes jealous of the relationship the bar owner and his wife (he doesnt know that they are married) have with the plain guy. After trouble they become lovers.
