I'm looking for a manga where the seme was in a relationship with his friend's younger brother, they were even living together, if I remember correctly. The chapter that I remember the most is when the older brother actually comes to visit and needs to stay with them, and he realizes the two are together. I don't think he tried to break them up but at the end of the chapter, he doesn't exactly approve. There's also a side character who became the neighbour and the uke at one point was jealous, thinking the seme liked them more.

If anyone can tell me what manga this was, I would be grateful as I would like to read this again.

Were they living in a dorm room together? Or were they actually living together?
