Hi guys I'm looking for a manga similar to Kengai Princess or Ore Monogatari!! were the MC is unattractive but are emotionally strong. It doesn't matter if their appearance doesn't drastically change but I want them to have a good character development.

I've already read these manga and I didn't like them:

Mairunovich

I don't want rivals who are too mean that can do whatever they like to the MC.
I also don't like characters who has too low of self-esteem and not giving effort in changing himself/herself
