No, I hated it....can't remember much but it was pretty traumatizing. I think I'd be a lot different (personality-wise) if it weren't for my childhood, but it's not something I like to dwell on. O_O

Pretty crappy from the bits I recall. Not traumatizing or anything just... average at best. Didn't like it.
First post btw, greetings to you all.

I loved my childhood. I wish that I could go back. I still kinda live it now by watching all my favorite childhood cartoons/anime and such. ^^;

It was fine... lived the average sheltered suburban life style.
I was never wanting for anything.
If we were ever lacked fundage, it never really bothered me.

Yep it was great, lots of playing and innocence.
Not a care in the world.
But all that came to a crashing end in high school.
I wish I could go back but then that means I'd have to re-live the horrible period after
No one gives a shit what trite garbage you write here.

I had some things happen that I don't like to think about- and I had serious issues, but I did enjoy school more than I did more recently.

My very young days were awesome but after we moved life went steadily down hill.
Cause of bullying grade 2 to grade 8 was living hell.
I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
I don't regret my hardships in anyway because I know I have really grown from it and I have no idea where I would be if I hadn't gone through it. I most likely would not be reading manga for sure. 😛
I WOULD NEVER GO BACK 😔

I had an awesome childhood. Wish I could go back to it, cause I'm tired of paying all these bills... ;__;

My childhood was average at the best.
It was pretty much ravaged with moving alot, which made it abit hard to settle down, and my parents was quarreling everyday until they divorced.
It had some good times now and then though.

In hindsight I was very lucky as a child. I have a good family who loved me and I made a friend for life when I was 11. I wasn't really poor but nor was I rich so I got what I wanted but learnt the value of money. I grew up with 2 siblings very close to me in age so we all hung out with each other. not that my childhood was all a bed of roses, I was bullied terribly from 6 until I left high school at 16 which definitely left some scars mentally but I'm getting over it all now.
It's great to see your former bullies now doing nothing with their lives whilst I'm loving my life at university. I've got such good friends around me as well. I would never go back. It was such a struggled just to get through the day back then and I didn't even realise how unhappy I was until I left it all behind. I would never wish those feelings of isolation on anyone but I know life could have been a lot worse.
I'm not looking forward to getting a job after I graduate in July though, I want to stay a student a little longer. So much more fun.
The pen is mightier than the sword...and considerably easier to write with.
I would definitely go back to some times. Grade 6, first year of junior high, was the best year ever, and I was pretty much, always happy. I moved every year (Still am...next move, next month ^_^), but I made friends quickly and school was...fun. I can't believe I'm saying that but that's true, it was fun during that time. Though I was very ignorant when I was a kid. My family had lots of problems sometimes (money-related, but more so with my relatives), and I just found those out now, I never had a clue. There are more troubles in my family now, so I guess that's why I reminisce a lot.
