Hello!

There's a blurry memory I have of reading once upon a time a story about a young man who joins a company that employs people as paid actors for various events such as weddings, funerals, etc.

I've been looking for it for a while but I can't even remember whether that was a manga I read or a (I'm pretty sure an Asian one) novel. Unfortunately I don't remember much else.
