I once read an OEL manga-ish comic about an English teacher living in Korea and hating it. Does anyone know the name of it?

Yes, that's it, thanks so much! ^^ It actually is manga-style. I had thought it was only slightly manga-influenced. Do you think it should be added to the database?

I don't think it would be added to the database seeing how it was released by Oni Press, an American Company, and MU did not normally allow OELs on the site.
edit: It was an older rule not in effect anymore. I was looking for it in the FAQ but could not find it.

If not "normally", then under which circumstances? There's already over 100 OEL series in the database.
I can't find any explicit statement of policy regarding OELs. The FAQ does say:

We would prefer that you don't (so don't)
While we are a manga information website, we are primarily a website about scanlated manga. Unscanlated manga series are okay, but there are just too many other stuff to sort through if it's not going to be scanlated.Once it has been scanlated and approved on this site, feel free to add the information!
However, if it is licensed, go ahead and add it!
...which is ambiguous. I'd ask for clarification.
