Games that you REALLY want, but will (most likely) never be made

I REALLY want a Marvel vs. DC fighting game. Highly doubt that'll ever happen. And a remake of FFVII for PS3 (might do it on handhelds, but THAT AINT GOOD ENOUGH!!!). And I want them to actually get around to finishing and releasing Duke Nukem Forever!!! But that's looking even less likely than before, seeing as how the development team was let go.
So what are some games that you want to be released, but will probably never see the comfort of store shelves?

The RE-MAKE version of SUIKODEN II, without the classical RPG gameplay, and replaced by the modern RPG gameplay (with voice-actors, 3-D background) similar to Suikoden V.

Beyond Good and evil 2. Loved the first one but it was released at the same time as Halo so it got struck by bad sales. >:
