Any reason why i can't access this site?

I'm posting from a proxy right now, but i don't see the reason why i would be blocked from accessing the site (First time visitor), of course i've made sure it's not the browser or something in my end, are mexican IPs range banned for whatever reason? Just want to make sure.

Still with login issues (and topic for that is closed) noticed i can only login with UPERCASE password.....
