Something like Inumimi or Kanokon would be perfect but will also accept just about any manga where girl changes into animal or vice versa. I have already read Fruits Basket, Hyper Police, and Tokyo Mew Mew so you don't need to bother posting those titles but any other suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thank You!

might be along the lines of what you're looking for. I've been meaning to get around to reading them but havent, so I'm not sure what they're like.
