It was fantasy, but I don't recall much else.
It was inhabited by humans with monkey-like reflexes. Tail? Possibly ears? But not monkey ears, probably.
I'll add any other details if I remember.

I don't think it's Blame!. :think:
The art used sharper lines or less shading (or maybe smoother shading).
I want to say it was the Stravaganza manga, but I can't find it.
