Haha, I'm only 19, but I got started in this fairly early. I can't say "back in the day" like some of the older guys can, but I can say "eight years ago..." Back when you only had subs on tapes and there were only a handful of scanlation groups around. 😀

subs on tapes? i remember those. There was only one place i could remember that sold them and i think they only sold dragonball z and maybe sailor moon

Been into manga for about 2 years now.
What got me started: Dragonball manga, Love Hina manga, Naruto anime

I was always fascinated by anime/manga, but it was only til 2 years ago I found out I had easy access to them.

I'm 22, and still in college. I need to get the heck out of here.....

and that neighbor used to hook us up with toys. remember once he gave us a trash can full of toys @@ had all the transformers toys and i do recall having them godzilla toys and a bunch of other mess but it all burned down... sighs brothers burned down the back house when they were playing with hair spray and matches << and i believe i was probably younger when i started watching anime but that's cause my brothers used to watch it. but i didnt really get majorly into anime and manga till say like 5-6 years ago when bro got dsl and i was able to leech a whole mess of stuff << >>
