I read a shoujo manga last year but can't think of its name now that i wanna read it again. Its about this girl who is afraid/hates men. But one day, she comes to meet this guy from the same school while walking down a nice scenic path she discovers. Blah blah blah...he later on trims a bush in the shape of a dog for her and she gets the impression that he likes her. Unfortunately, she finds out he's seeing someone or something like that. my memory of this manga is a little sketchy so someone help me!

Koibana! Koiseyo Hanabi - I believe that might be it. Since in the first chapter, she absolutely loathes men and also was walking down this scenic path. She also has a dog.
